WHY SHOULD I BOOK A FACIAL SERVICE?

Facial services help to support skin health, target concerns and conditions, while aiding in getting you closer to your skin goals. A variety of treatments and products are used to protect skin from environmental hazards and combat fine lines, wrinkles, dehydrated, dry and a dull, uneven skin tone. Treatments are also proven to support the nervous system by offering a relaxing and safe experience.

I’VE NEVER HAD A FACIAL, WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

All of our treatments are completely customizable based on your skin goals and concerns. Before your appointment you will fill out a questionnaire that will offer insight to your lifestyle, daily routines, and health history. This helps us find a treatment plan that best suits you. During your appointment we will work together based on your comfort level to give you the best experience possible. Each treatment will include a consultation, double cleanse, exfoliation mask, specialty modalities, and optional massage. As a trauma-informed guide, your comfort and consent is the most important thing to me. With that, any protocol can be adjusted to fit your needs.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Afterpay are all accepted through Stripe in our online shop and scheduling link. Venmo is also accepted at time of appointment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE AN ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Please allow 10 business days for your order to be shipped upon checkout. For personalized (customized) goods please allow up to 4 weeks of production before shipping. If something funky comes up & there is a delay, you'll be notified via email. Please make sure your email address is correct during checkout, and that you provide a phone number for secondary support on any questions. We do ask for your grace as Foster is a 1-woman shop.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, absolutely! The studio is located at 2220 J st Sacramento, Ca 95816. To arrange a contactless pick-up time, please contact Cassie@fosterthegoodness.com. *Mail can not be delivered to this address, please contact us if you are looking to return an item.

CURRENCY AND SALES TAX

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Tax and shipping rates apply to all orders.

Items may contain glass packaging, or flammable materials we advice to open your package upon arrival and store in a safe place.

RETURN POLICY

In an instance that there is a problem with your order, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. You received a damaged product. Please notify Foster of any damage or concerns within 72 hrs of receiving your products.

  2. Changed your mind? No Problem, items must be returned in unused, saleable condition in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipment. Foster is not responsible for such damage on their way back to our studio. Upon arrival, the items will be inspected to verify they are still in saleable condition, at which time a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost.
